9 Creative Sleep Log Ideas For Your Bullet Journal to Create Better Sleep Habits

With the new year right around the corner, many of you think about your resolutions. Creating healthy habits is something we all should be doing and it's never to early to begin! In college, my sleep schedule was pretty inconsistent with late night studying and insomnia. Now, I try to make it a priority and a sleeping log is a great way to begin monitoring your sleep habits. 

A sleep log is a great way to see how much sleep you're getting and to hold yourself accountable each night. Once you have a good idea of how much sleep your getting, adjust accordingly to what you need. Create a nighttime routine (that doesn't involve your phone or computer) and set a time that works for you and stick to it. I do my skincare routine, brush my teeth and make sure my room is cool about 30-45 minutes before I go to bed. 

Sleeping Tip
One huge tip I'm working on is keeping my cellphone at the other end of the room to charge. There have been numerous nights when I would turn over and start scrolling on Instagram in the middle of the night, prolonging a good night's rest.
